Gary's career includes stints with major advertising agencies (Ogilvy & Mather, Grey), consulting firms (Luminant) and Fortune 500 marketers (NBC, GTE/Verizon, Medtronic). His core competencies include growing revenues and profits, customer acquisition, building brands using innovative marketing programs, e-commerce, business development initiatives, licensing agreements and strategic alliance partnerships.

Gary's career successes include: launching Aim Toothpaste; re-branding Dove soap and growing sales to $300M; launching Transformers and building it into one of the industry's most successful toy brands; licensing Transformers,
G.I. Joe and a full catalog of NBC television programs to broadcasters around the world; building department store and chain drug retail distribution for new Revlon perfumes; launching CNBC as a worldwide brand; growing subscribers and generating licensing revenue for GTE's (now Verizon) cable TV and Internet divisions; building affinity web sites for GlaxoSmithKlein pharmaceutical brands, spearheading Medtronic Insulin Pump customer acquisition and retention strategies, growing sales to $500M+; Helping to co-launch TelaDoc Medical Services and building it into a leading telemedicine provider with over 1.2 million paying members.

Nat Haas
Nat’s career includes multiple sales management positions (regional to national) with Fortune 25 Company Procter and Gamble (P&G), multiple operational positions as a commissioned officer in the U.S. Army, capital raise consulting success with Resource Services, Inc, and international market experience with Opportunity Int’l.  His core competencies include launching start-up regional and national organizations, reviving multi-layer organizations, delivering out-of-the-box strategic thinking, building market share, growing sales and revenue, creating strategic partnerships and alliances, negotiating strategic partner contracts, training national organizations and managing people.

Nat’s successes include:  Launching P&G brand Boundary (surgical drapes and gowns) from a start-up to a major brand on the west coast of the U.S.; Launching P&G healthcare brand Attends in a regional market deemed “impenetrable” by senior management and building it to the number 1 region nationally; Building three P&G multi-layer start-up sales organizations; Creating a partnership between P&G and Sysco for national distribution of P&G’s healthcare products; Developing and launching for P&G a business management performance system; Training two national P&G healthcare product sales organizations; Negotiating regional and national contracts with hospitals and skilled nursing facility chains; Creating successful long-term partnerships in India and Peru; Strategizing over 50 successful capital campaigns for non-profits; Facilitating national implementation of relational selling concepts, methodologies, and practices with a capital raise consulting organization.
